Request a Sign-up sheet from the school office.

Complete and return to the school office. 

Every time you scan your Martin’s Advantage Card during this year’s program, our school earns points!

If you signed up for our school last year, you do not need to re-register. 

If you do not have a Martin’s Advantage Card, please visit any Martin’s locations and tell the clerk at the Customer Service Counter you want to earn credit for our school.
