Making a Difference in the Lives of Others

 

Madison Students along with family members brought their bikes, scooters and walking shoes to Madison by 9 am on a Saturday, October 1, 2016.

Why get up and around so early on Saturday? To make a difference in the lives of children being treated at Riley Children’s Hospital in Indianapolis.

Art Smart - Creativity in the Fall Season

Madison students used their Art Smart moments to create fine fall works of art now on display in the student gallery.

  • Kindergarten friends created a pumpkin patch utilizing the printmaking skills of Albrecht Durer.  
  • Grade one students explored Georges-Pierre Seurat’s concept of pointillism to create solid space of color, fall leaves, using dots of two or more colors in an area.
