Fire Prevention Day at Madison

Posted on October 17, 2016

Students always look forward to their day of fire prevention activities with the Madison Township Fire Department.  To top of the day’s activities, we also had the PHM Ed. Foundation’s Fire Safety Course.  The course consisted of climbing ladders, attaching hoses to fire hydrants, using ropes and pulleys to lift a bundle of rope, crawling through a dark area, and escaping through doors and windows.  We have no doubt that the students’ experience today will have them more prepared to escape in an emergency!  We thank the MTFD for their time today in teaching our students about fire prevention and safety!
